With over 16 years of experience in the mental health field, Amy as worked in various settings, including Residential treatment, Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), and Outpatient Clinics. She has a special passion to serving first responders, teenagers and families, recognizing the unique challenges they face. 

Whether working with children, adolescents, or adults, she brings a blend of humor, compassion, and empathy to her practice, creating a supportive and non-judgmental environment for clients to explore their feelings and experiences. Amy draws from a diverse toolkit of therapeutic modalities, including, TF-CBT, AF-CBT and Motivational Interviewing to tailor her approach to each client’s unique needs and preferences, promoting their mental and emotional well-being on their individuals toward greater mental well-being and resilience. 

In her free time she enjoys yoga, reading, spending time with her friends and family and time out in nature.
