The only museum of its kind, the Museum of American Porcelain Art (MAPA) is dedicated to preserving and sharing the porcelain art produced by the studios of Edward Marshall Boehm, Boleslaw Cybis, Laszlo Ispanky, Burgues, and Bronn Fine China, Ltd. Each of these studios rose to prominence in the mid-20th century and had closed its doors by the early 2000’s.
We are housed in the magnificent William E. Telling Mansion, known and cherished by many in the community as the former South Euclid-Lyndhurst branch of the Cuyahoga County Public Library system. The Telling Mansion is on the National Register of Historic Places, and it is also designated as both an Ohio Landmark and a South Euclid Landmark.
