Sharon is a dynamic leader and Co-chair of SCORE Cleveland, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering small business communities through personalized mentoring and innovative educational programs.

With a diverse career spanning education, technology, and business management, Sharon brings a wealth of experience to her role. She began her career teaching high school at Hathaway Brown, where she cultivated her passion for mentoring and leadership. Sharon went on to run her own successful IT consulting business for 13 years, gaining firsthand experience in entrepreneurship. Her corporate journey includes managing an IT Global Platform at Lubrizol Corporation, where she led large-scale technology initiatives. She has also consulted on complex projects, including the strategic closure of a small business and optimizing workflow automation for mid-sized companies.

Sharon’s unique blend of education, entrepreneurial insight, and management expertise equips her to lead a team of dedicated volunteers at SCORE Cleveland. Together, they work to support the growth and success of local small businesses. Her leadership philosophy centers on collaboration and building lasting connections—a perfect fit for inspiring women leaders like those in Women’s Connection.
