Years ago, Jennifer found herself at a crossroads. She had done everything that was expected by society - gotten good grades, gone to college, maintained a steady job, and started a family. Despite all of those accomplishments she felt empty inside. Jennifer has spent the last 10 years of her career studying transformation and how our thoughts determine the results we create in all areas of our life. Jennifer is on a mission to help others build their dreams through brave thinking so that they can find true freedom and fulfillment.

Jennifer has worked with organizations and individuals, helping them build their dreams, accelerate their results, and create richer, more fulfilling lives. She has appeared on The Youest You Podcast, been a guest on “Our Voices Today” 99.5 Cleveland radio, and shared the stage with world-renown transformational leaders such as Mary Morrissey, founder of the BraveThinking Institute.

Jennifer has helped hundreds of people through her motivational messages, restorative retreats, and Life Mastery Masterminds. As a proud latina she is a 2025 nominee of the 100+ Latinos Cleveland Must Know. Jennifer gives back to her community as a volunteer mentor for Empowered Women International, a program providing ongoing support to immigrant women entrepreneurs applying new skills to their emerging businesses. She also partners with WorkingUnidos, a social enterprise company offering life advancement services for Latinos in the United States.

Jennifer lives in Cleveland, Ohio with her husband Mark and daughter Isabella. She enjoys playing golf, sailing, and travelling. Jennifer Underwood is a beautiful soul and a gifted life coach who leads with both wisdom and heart. Her presence brings clarity, peace, and purpose to those lucky enough to work with her. She’s not just a coach - she’s a catalyst for transformation.
