Zhao is a Founder and Operator of multiple businesses, including Flynn Ming LLC, a consumer products holding company that owns an interactive game hardware brand and an outdoor flag display products brand. Through Flynn Ming, Zhao has built and managed product-based businesses focused on practical, engaging solutions for schools, families, events, and small businesses.

Building on his experience with operations, hiring, and business efficiency, Zhao also founded ZL Workforce, a newer venture that helps businesses increase efficiency and reduce overhead by connecting them with highly skilled overseas virtual assistants. Through ZL Workforce, he has created a platform that empowers both businesses and virtual assistants to thrive in a remote-first world.

Zhao’s interest in entrepreneurship also extends into business acquisition and technology. He is advancing Seekengine.ai, an AI-powered search platform designed to help entrepreneurs identify and evaluate businesses that best fit their background, interests, and growth goals. By combining AI-driven insights with advanced search capabilities, Seekengine.ai makes it easier for buyers to discover acquisition opportunities that align with their expertise and strategy.

Beyond his entrepreneurial ventures, Zhao is actively involved in the Northeast Ohio business community. He currently serves on the board of the Greater Cleveland Partnership,  COSE and Cleveland’s Young Professional Club. He is a graduate of Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses at Cuyahoga Community College, and a member of Entrepreneurs' Organization Cleveland.
