Networking often gets a bad reputation. For many professionals, it can feel transactional, uncomfortable, or like something reserved only for the most outgoing people in the room. Drawing from more than two and a half years of intentionally creating spaces for women leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals to connect through curated networking experiences, I will share the lessons I've learned about fostering authentic relationships, cultivating meaningful conversations, and building communities rooted in trust rather than transactions.

RoseAda White is the Owner/Operator of Balance360 Health & Wellness, where she specializes in Wellness Strategy Coaching for business owners and organization leaders. She works with her clients to support them in shifting their relationship with food and movement through practical and sustainable systems. RoseAda is also a Nutrition Specialist, a Workshop Facilitator and a Retreat Leader in the areas of wellness goal setting and nutrition education.
