Damon Mintz founded The Mintz Group LLC in 1999 and since has had an extensive track record of successfully starting and growing public and private businesses in multiple industries including Finance, Energy, Industrial, and Health Sciences. After completing his college studies, he started his first business in the energy industry and since then has owned and consulted for commercial & industrial companies ranging from midsized, to a multi-billion dollar public company.


Damon’s functional expertise includes business development, sales, marketing, and external business growth initiatives such as mergers and acquisitions. In 2018 Damon sold his Energy company and went on to serve as President & CEO of the acquiring company in which he grew it from $3,000,000 to $50,000,000 in annual revenue. 


Based on the recent global pandemic, The Mintz Group has strategically partnered with Jorns & Associates LLC to focus exclusively on the ERC government program. Damon serves as the Chief Revenue Officer of Jorns & Associates, a specialty tax and accounting services firm. Damon has led the company’s historic growth from $0 - $4.5B in less than 2 years.

However, despite his business success, Damon’s greatest passion is working on ways to make a positive impact on people’s lives. Whether through his companies, coaching sports, or his Foundation, serving people is what satisfies Damon the most. He lives his life by the saying “Don’t just be……..BE AMAZING”.

Damon currently resides in Fairlawn Heights, Ohio with his wife and 6 children.
