Join communication artist and engagement expert Megan Vogias in this interactive presentation where she will unveil techniques to supercharge your confidence in small talk. You’ll also discover how to involve and empower other women in networking conversations, and learn the graceful steps of the transition tango. With Megan's guidance, you'll confidently be able to navigate a networking event and gracefully bow out or press pause on a conversation, without a hint of awkwardness.

Meet Megan Vogias, a seasoned communication artist with over two decades of experience in the field of communication, engagement, and development. Megan's expertise lies in the way she empowers others, helping them feel confident and capable in their networking, communication, and marketing skills.

She dedicates herself to exploring all avenues to assist you and your organization in enhancing communication efforts and strategic marketing. Megan's experience spans from assisting small businesses to national brands, creating impactful, human-centric campaigns that drive brand awareness, improve client and employee retention, and exceed revenue goals. Her core competence is in uncovering customer insights, cultivating community relationships, and developing innovative solutions to reach target markets.

Megan holds a degree in Organizational Communication Studies and a Masters in Adult Education Training and Development. She has worked with national organizations including Newell Rubbermaid, Bath & Body Works, Sylvan Learning Center, and OverDrive, as well as local entities like the Northern Ohio Area Chambers of Commerce, Kent State University, and local libraries.

As a National Presenter, Megan shares insights on communication, social media engagement, human-centric marketing, and more. Her presentations are always enriched with practical and applicable activities, empowering the audience to boost their communication and marketing efforts while leveraging technology.

Megan is the founder and senior consultant at Evlogiménos, a Communication and Marketing Agency. Here, she uses her skills to assist clients with strategic communication related to employee and client relations, streamlined marketing efforts, 1:1 coaching, and company trainings. It's often been noted that Megan's positivity and enthusiasm are contagious, and her understanding of human connection is unparalleled.

Megan is also deeply committed to giving back to her community. She serves as a Cleveland Ambassador for 'Together In Digital', a vibrant community aimed at empowering, educating, and connecting all women in digital. Megan also volunteers at local libraries and supports 'Trails for Travis', an organization raising awareness and support for brain cancer research.

Living in Northeast Ohio with her fiancé Bobby, Megan is a testament to a kind and generous spirit, balancing professional commitments with a deep dedication to her family, friends, and our local community.
