Andrea Kimmel is a serial entrepreneur and business leader passionate about reimagining service experiences for modern consumers. She is the Founder and former CEO of Sweet Kiddles, the first flexible childcare center in Northeast Ohio, which she successfully expanded to seven locations before selling the company to a private equity firm.

Andrea is the Founder and CEO of Statement Nail & Wax Lounge, a new luxury beauty concept that blends high-end nail and waxing services with hospitality-inspired comfort and care. The first location opened in Beachwood, Ohio, in September, introducing a fresh, elevated standard for salon experiences.

Earlier in her career, Andrea served as Associate Director of MBA Admissions Marketing at Harvard Business School, where she launched the groundbreaking 2+2 Program and led strategic marketing initiatives. She also held roles in consumer marketing at Best Buy and in investment banking and equity research at Deutsche Bank and Lazard Frères.

Andrea holds a B.A. in International Relations and Economics from Brown University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She lives in Cleveland, Ohio, with her husband and two children.
