Deandra Evans is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with Supervision designation (LPCC-S) in the states of Ohio and Pennsylvania, with over 15 years of experience in the behavioral health field. She was born and raised in Hermitage, Pennsylvania, where her passion for helping others and serving her community first began.
She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Slippery Rock University and her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Kent State University.
Deandra is the Founder and CEO of Right Direction Behavioral Health Services, a community-based agency dedicated to providing high-quality mental and behavioral health services to individuals and families across the lifespan. She is also the Founder and CEO of Right Direction Community Services, a nonprofit organization focused on outreach, prevention, and supportive programming that empowers individuals, strengthens families, and uplifts communities. Additionally, she is a co-owner of Collaborative Community Services, based in Pennsylvania, where she continues to expand access to quality care and community-centered support.
Deandra is known for her passion, vision, and unwavering commitment to helping others. Her work is grounded in the belief that everyone deserves access to compassionate, culturally responsive care and the opportunity to thrive. Through her leadership, she continues to build innovative programs, foster meaningful partnerships, and advocate for lasting change within the behavioral health system.
Outside of her professional work, Deandra enjoys traveling, attending concerts, spending time with friends and family, being a proud dog mom, and doing anything she can to support and uplift those around her.
