After decades working in Massage Therapy and Physical Therapy, she developed a passion for injury and illness prevention.  Currently, she uses her skills and experience to help computer users avoid the discomfort and fatigue that often accompanies poor working posture. In addition, she truly enjoys coaching as she helps to guide her clients toward their personal wellness goals.
